Our Story

White Rabbit is a new and exciting restaurant concept that will be located in the heart of downtown Orlando, Florida. Our unique sharable style menu curated by Chef Fabiano Almos (Maxine’s on Shine and Vines Grille and Wine Bar) is influenced by the flavors of Latin America and elevated American classics and is sure to delight the taste buds of all who visit. Our NYC-inspired decor featuring brick exterior, black, white, and gold trims, and finishes, creates an atmosphere that transports you back in time. The large bar, which is 40' long, features multiple LED TVs with a special film that creates a realistic window effect, this is a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Our cocktail menu is crafted with care and features classic cocktails as well as a twist on some of the best cocktails from around the world. The menu also features a variety of delicious foods, like seafood paella, empanadas, charred grilled octopus, lamb lollipops, wagyu beef sliders, elevated flat-breads, fried pork chunks, wings, and more.
